Mark your calendars for the Museum’s oldest annual event in celebration of our nation’s independence. This fun-filled, family-oriented event includes live music performances, old fashioned kids’ games, a kids’ craft trail, a colonial reenactment, costumed demonstrations in the Pioneer Park, and great food vendors. This annual summer celebration is not to be missed!
The museum will remain open until 5:00 p.m. on July 4th.

- Kids’ Craft Trail (make-and-take crafts) may include: pinwheels, arrowhead necklaces, cattail canoes, button buzz saws, & more.
- Costumed Demonstrations may include: blacksmithing, woodworking, woodcarving, weaving, basketweaving, archery, spinning, brick oven baking, apple butter making, & more.
